The reason ? The TikTok star found herself in the crosshairs of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan, after posting a video in which she claimed to have traveled from Pakistan to the United Kingdom with a large sum of money in cash. Investigators immediately opened an investigation into Hareem Shah, suspecting the videographer of laundering money.
Accustomed to controversy
The influencer thus explained to her 6.5 million subscribers why she had to leave the salon with only one part of her lip filled: “Today I went to the doctor to have my lips filled. The doctor had just inserted a filler on one side of my lip when I received a call and learned that the Federal Investigation Agency of Pakistan had frozen my bank accounts”.
Not being sure of being able to pay for the treatment, the Tiktokeuse preferred to stop the surgery in full operation. And the result is for the month… wobbly.
This is not the first time that Hareem Shah has found himself at the heart of a controversy. In October 2019, Pakistani authorities opened an investigation when the influencer shared videos of herself in the Foreign Ministry conference room.
