At the 43rd state conference of the Socialist Youth of Lower Austria, Amelie Muthsam was elected state chairwoman and Paul Gangoly was re-elected state secretary.
St. Pölten (OTS) – On Saturday, October 7th, the event took place in St. Pölten 43rd regular state conference the Socialist Youth of Lower Austria under the Motto “LEARN TO CHANGE OR LEARN TO SWIM” instead of. The focus of the conference was the election of the chairperson, the state secretariat and the new state board. The 20-year-old Kremserin Amelie Muthsam was as State Chairperson and the 23-year-old from Guntramsdorf Paul Gangoly as State secretary confirmed. Both received 97,8% of delegate votes. Miriam Fischbacher Maria Enzersdorf became with 100% to the new one Spokesperson for the Women’s*Political Commission chosen.

In her speech, Amelie Muthsam called on politicians to finally implement effective measures once morest climate change: “The greatest threat to humanity is the climate crisis. The Sommer 2023 was the hottest since records began. It is Hardly a day has passed without forest fires, devastating storms and floods.
