Governor Ángel Marcano initiated the National Plan for Oral Health at the Fundación Social Bolívar.

For her part, the first lady of the state, Yajaira Arocha de Marcano, pointed out that “we are honored to serve our people, a task entrusted to us by Governor Ángel Marcano, to carry out his social policies to help large and small, we are here to serve them and accompany them in their struggle.”
He stressed that it is the first day of many that will be held in the state of Bolívar. “We have realized when we visit the communities, that the people no longer smile and with these types of days, we are going to return the smile to the boys, girls, adolescents and our grandparents.”
