What are the steps to have a visa and visit the islands of the Netherlands in the Caribbean?

If you process a visa for children under 18 years of age, you must bring a birth certificate and identity document of both parents. Please note that if you are traveling with one of you, you must also have a document from the non-traveling parent giving consent to travel.
