Cameron Smith (Australia) climbed to the top of the PGA Tour Players Championship (total prize money of $20 million) with a prize money of $3.6 million (regarding 4.4 billion won).
In the final round of the tournament held at TPC Sawgrass (par 72) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, USA on the 15th (Korean time), Smith drove 6-under to win the 4th round with a total of 13-under 275.
Smith, who won the Sentry Tournament of Champions three months following setting the record for the least stroke win at the Century Tournament of Champions in January, is now on the PGA Tour’s 5th win streak.
Anirvan Lahiri (India) took second place, one shot behind.
Seongjae Lim (24) and Kyunghoon Lee (31) tied for 55th (2 over par 290).
Sungjae Lim lost four strokes in the final round, and Kyunghoon Lee hit a 1-under par 71.
