Asuncion, IP Agency.- There are several micro, small and medium-sized companies that exhibit their work or products to visitors at the Mariano Roque Alonso Expo, in order to generate income, taking advantage of the large influx of people.
With the support of the Vice Ministry of MSMEs, of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MIC), microenterprises from different sectors are present at this event, highlighting the importance of participating in this type of event.
Such is the case of Oscar Agüero, who works in the strategic part of Ergo Alimentos, and who already has a career of almost a decade in the food industry, expressed his satisfaction at the opportunity that has arisen today, to have a space at EXPO.
He said that it is beneficial for them because it generates awareness of the company or brand, in addition to the products it offers, attracts potential clients, and provides possible support for strengthening their businesses.
“We have already received a lot of help from the Ministry, everything went well and they supported us a lot,” he said.
The owners of Biofina, Ninfa Ferreira and Andrea González, from the cosmetics sector focused on the production of artisanal soaps, assured that, in a large event like the Expo, the opportunities for SMEs multiply, because it makes it easier for potential clients to consider purchasing their products in the future.
The Expo, they said, plays a key role in expanding the client portfolio of micro-enterprises.
They highlighted the constant invitations they receive from the Vice Ministry of MSMEs, to attend fairs, workshops, training sessions, and different types of events, which allows them to have a constant showcase for the business.
Regarding the presence of micro-enterprises, this Saturday there will be a free workshop on: “Decorating tall cakes”, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Altaja Stand, Paraguayan Pavilion like you, next to the Industrial Pavilion.
It is worth mentioning that the MIC has a stand at the Expo, where they receive a large influx of owners of SMEs, as well as entrepreneurs and people with business ideas who seek advice, support and assistance to develop their projects.
