Al-Nimr said in a tweet on his Twitter account: “For patients with heart, diabetes, kidney failure, and those who suffer from obesity: Enjoy the feast with people, but do not eat too much meat, liver, and muqalqal, because:

3 / raise uric salt in blood

4 / Increase gout attacks in the joints.
