Abu Dhabi – The UAE National Meteorological Center (NCM) recorded a slight earthquake in Musandam. An earthquake measuring 2.1 on the Richter scale was recorded at 12.24 pm UAE time. NCM said the earthquake did not affect the UAE and no one felt tremors.
While there are occasional minor earthquakes in neighboring countries, the tremors are felt in the UAE. But the officials said that it will not affect the country and there is no need to worry. It is advised not to panic when you feel an earthquake and stay in safe places at home or outside.
