People between the ages of 18 and 60 should get enough sleep every day, at least 7 hours every night, according to the recommendations of the relevant associations.

Surprisingly, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that more than a third of people in this age group sleep less than 7 hours.

And the American Centers reached this alarming result, by conducting a survey, warning of the negative effects caused by lack of sleep on public health, according to CNN.
Some research has revealed a relationship between lack of sleep and a higher risk of developing some health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and mental disorders.

There are reliable guidelines for getting the recommended number of hours of sleep, including:
Do exercise in the morning.
Go to bed and wake up at the same times every day, including holidays.
Sleeping in a dark or dimly lit room.
Adjust the thermostat to keep the bedroom relatively cool.
Putting the mobile phone away from the bed.
Do not eat a large meal before bed.
Avoid stimulating drinks and alcohol before bed.
