**Jaccob Slavin:** It feels great. We’ve been working hard on the road, but just haven’t gotten the bounces. Tonight, we played a more complete game, stuck to our systems, and got some timely goals. It’s definitely a confidence booster heading into the next stretch.

**Jaccob Slavin:** scoring early always gives you a lift. Brent’s goal was a huge momentum shift right from the start. We were able to feed off that energy and keep the pressure on Florida throughout the period.

**Jaccob Slavin:** It was a bit of a scramble in front. Kotkaniemi made a great play driving the net, and thankfully the puck came loose right to me. I was able to get a good shot off,and luckily it found its way in.

**Jaccob slavin:** I thought the refs made the right call. I saw Tkachuk trying to prevent Kotkaniemi from getting to the net. These things happen in front of the net, and it’s all part of the game.

**Jaccob Slavin:** It shows our commitment to playing a full 60 minutes. We don’t want to just sit back and protect a lead. we want to keep attacking and create scoring chances.

**Slavin:** “It was a bit of a chaotic sequence. Kotkaniemi drove hard to the net, there was some traffic, and I think Bobrovsky went down. The puck popped loose, and I just tried to get a shot on net. Luckily, it found its way in.”
**Archyde:** There seemed to be some controversy surrounding the goal, with Florida arguing for goaltender interference. What was your take on that?
**Slavin:** “I honestly didn’t see it from that angle. I know Kotkaniemi was battling hard in front, and there were bodies everywhere. It’s a tough call for the referees,and at the end of the day,they ruled it a goal,and we’ll take it.”
