The profession of air traffic controller is demanding and very well paid, but the staff is lacking, at least in Geneva.
KEYSTONE
Sixteen free places, but only five candidates will begin their training this fall to be, within three years, in post at Cointrin as air traffic controller. This year, Skyguide is having difficulty recruiting young people (between 18 and 30 years old) and training them for this demanding but very well paid job.
