1- Blueness of the skin

The bluish color of the skin indicates a high level of harmful cholesterol in the blood. The reason why the skin changes to a blue color is due to a decrease in the flow of oxygen-laden blood to it, as a result of narrowing or blockage of the arteries.

2- Skin appendages

High cholesterol may cause painless growths to appear on some parts of the body, such as the eyelids, the lines of the hands, and the back of the lower legs, which are orange-yellow in color.
