The Skateboarding and Street World Championships, which will be held for the first time in Japan, will begin with preliminary rounds on the 13th at the Ariake Coliseum in Koto-ku, Tokyo.

Horime said, “It’s a big stage, the World Championships in Japan, so I want to do my best.I’m aiming for first place every time I compete, so I want to skate my best and get a good result.”

In addition, Nishiyakan, who is ranked number one in the women’s world rankings and won the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, said, “I’m trying new techniques, so I want to have fun while skating in my own way.”
