In the respective letters they ask for the rejection “because it is a clear maneuver that aims to leave one third of judicial workers outside of Law 5009 of the collective agreement and the scope of union representation.” “called law officials” including “those who were democratically elected to exercise the union function in the highest responsibilities of our organization, leaving them without protection or any rights.”

Barreno confirmed that the delivery of notes, backed by the workers’ signatures, will be repeated in the other constituencies and also with the rest of the presidents of the legislative blocks.
