FRANSISCA Saraswati Puspa Dewi or known as Sisca Saras is a member of the third generation idol group JKT48. She debuted in 2014, then announced her graduation from the idol group in September 2023.
Not only music, in 2021 Sisca had her debut as an actress playing the role of Anjani in the film Sobat Ambyar. The following year, she released a mini album titled Asa & Rasa and was able to attract fans’ attention up to one million streams for the song Berdebar. She even had time to hold a mini concert titled The Beginning at Graha Bhakti Budaya Taman Ismail Marzuki on August 27, 2023 before graduating from JKT48.
After a long hiatus from the music world, Sisca Saras is now back as a soloist. She also announced that she has joined a new label, Wecord Evermore Indonesia (WEI). WEI is a new label that aims to provide an alternative platform for musicians and songwriters in Indonesia, which has recently grown rapidly.
“I’m really excited and can’t wait to get back to working in the music world again. The presence of Wecord seems to be the right trigger at the right time too. As for what it’s like and how it will be, wait for the release date,” said Sisca Saras in a press release received by Media Indonesia, Monday (12/8).
This journey will be a new chapter for Sisca in music with Wecord Evermore Indonesia. Sisca Saras’ single titled Terbawa Atmosfer is also prepared to be released in the near future. (M-3)
