Between the 3rd and 6th of July, the 18th Tour of the Santa Catarina Textile Market (TMT-SC) took place, promoted by Sintex (Union of the Spinning, Weaving and Clothing Industries of Blumenau and region), at the Hotel Majestic, in Florianópolis.
Toalhas Atlântica and eight other industries from Santa Catarina exhibited their products to customers and more than 160 businessmen and buyers from large retail chains and magazines in the country.
Susymeri Ogliari, director of Atlântica, exhibitor at the event, says that the company was present in all editions. “TMT has a different format compared to traditional fairs, which guarantees personalized customer service, always generating good results, from the first edition”.
During TMT, the company received buyers from the bed, table and bath segment in Brazil, with specialized stores, department stores and supermarkets among the main retail segments. The event takes place twice a year, and for Atlântica, it is extremely important in the launch calendar. “The event is a great opportunity for us to present product launches, strengthen ties with buyers and close deals”, adds Susymeri.
In this edition, in a showroom of 130 square meters, Atlântica presented the Summer 2024 collection, named “Paraíso Solar”. Inspired by the vibration and intensity of the season, and the calm that the sea provides, it brings products from the bath and bed segments.
“Something that always marks the Atlântica collections are the color charts, with different shades in the various product models. In this collection, the colors that stand out are Frapê de Uva, a super neutral shade of lilac that brings a touch of femininity to the environment, Azul Nublado, which conveys tranquility and harmonizes with other colors, and Lima, which represents the vibration of the summer, bringing energy and lighting up the environment”, explains Susymeri.
With a range of thirty product models, the terry segment has four different lines and variations for bath, face and towel sets. The bedding section has eighty product options and four different lines, the main one being Sofisticata Premium, made up of fine mesh. Aiming to compose a complete trousseau, the microfiber collection consists of bathrobes, duvets and various accessories.
Focusing on the second half, Atlântica intended to close with customers the complete sales schedule for the coming months, including stocks for Christmas sales. The company estimates a growth of 15% in the year 2023.
