In 2020, Sealy publicly accused Foss of raping her following the pair met at an event where she was performing and he was giving a speech. A spokesman for the district attorney’s office said they might not confirm if the female accuser was Sealy, as they do not disclose the identities of the victims.
Last year, Suffolk County (MA) District Attorney Rachael Rollins apologized to two women who interned with the office. as students and with whom Foss was allegedly “unprofessional” and inappropriate. But the alleged conduct was not found to be criminal, Rollins said.
All charges are mere accusations and the persons prosecuted are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
