In April 2022, the court sentenced Coline Berry-Rojtman to a fine of 2,000 euros for defamation and 20,000 in damages. The Riom Court of Appeal confirmed this conviction in December 2022. But in December 2023, the Court of Cassation annulled this judgment and sent the case back to the Lyon Court of Appeal.
