Singapore Airlines fined for ‘mental torture’ of Indian passengers

The flight duration from Hyderabad to Singapore is usually around four hours. As the plane was full, Singapore Airlines staff unfortunately could not seat these passengers elsewhere in the business class cabin.’

It added: ‘Our staff were in regular contact with these passengers and offered to recline the seat manually if required. We apologize to Mr and Mrs Gupta for the inconvenience caused by this mechanical issue.’
