The release date of Life By You, a new life simulation game that has attracted a lot of attention due to the involvement of The Sims 2 developer Rod Humble, has been revealed.

Paradox Interactive announced the introduction and release date of the game through a streaming event on the 21st (local time). According to this, the game will be released in Early Access on September 13 (domestic time). The game will be released through the Epic Games Store and Steam.

The game details announced along with it confirm the world constructed as an open world. Since towns, cities, resorts, etc. move in one world, even if you select a character in a different place, the camera moves to that place without loading and you can manipulate that character. You can move your character freely in the wide open world, and third-person control reminiscent of adventure or action genres is also possible.

The production tools that allow you to create your own home and furniture are also detailed. It is possible to create various buildings yourself and place them in the village, as well as to give completely different properties to certain objects. The characters are also detailed, and have more realistic human-style conversations than the Sims series. Through this, you can have a conversation with the character as if you were playing an RPG, and create various situations through choices.

“We operate the game in Early Access, and we want to work directly with players to determine the ideas and content that will prioritize game development, and refine it all the way to full release,” said the developer. It’s the law, so we’re going to give you a bunch of creator tools so you can design your life the way you prefer or break the rules of life itself.Life designed as a fully modifiable and open life simulation game Please feel free to show the people, stories, and creations you created at Buy You.”

Life by You will be released in Early Access on September 13th, and it is unclear whether or not it will support Korean language officially.
