How to make the white manjar recipes?

To make the white manjar recipes, you need to have coconut milk on hand, one of the main ingredients for the dish. However, that’s not the only item you need to have at home.

You will also need a mold regarding 22 cm wide, but with a hole in the middle, like pudding or cake. Likewise, her average height should be 6-7 cm.

Ingredients

First of all, to start the homemade delicacy recipe you need to have all the main ingredients ready, which are:

  • coconut milk (400ml);
  • 1 liter of whole milk;
  • a can or box of condensed milk;
  • cornstarch (1 cup of tea);

Then, take this pan to the stove and light it over medium heat, always in the mixing process. In this way, when you realize that it has started to boil, lower the flame of the stove as much as possible and add the mixture of milk and starch to the pan until it forms a thick cream.

To get the perfect point of blancmange, don’t let it get too thick, as this can cause some lumps following it’s ready. So, the ideal is to turn it off when you notice that the wire whisk lightly marks the mixture.
