Complaint that the police raided the house of CPM leader and former MLA Simon Brito. Seena Bhaskar, wife of Simon Brito, filed a complaint against Njarakkal police. The house was opened after looking at the time he was away. According to the complaint filed with the Kochi City Police Commissioner, the daughter’s jewelery and some of Simon Brito’s awards were lost. On the other hand, Njarakkal police explained that the situation arose to break into the house when they came to investigate the suspect in the stabbing case. Since 2019, wife Seena Bhaskar and daughter have been living in Delhi since Simon Brito’s death. The house in Vadutala is rented out. According to the complaint, the police team reached this house in Vadutala without following the procedures.
