With 51.69 percent of the votes, Silvia Ávila and Martín Regueiro became dean and vice-dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the National University of Comahue (UnCo) by winning in the second round the list made up of Gabriela Luchetti and Gabriela Baffo.
Ávila pointed out that “it is a great commitment for the trust of those who voted for us and those who did not.”
Meanwhile, in the Faculty of Environmental and Health Sciences, during the second round, Anahí Álvarez and Emelina Tierzo were elected dean and vice-dean from the “Facias Unit” list, with 54.71 percent of the votes. Behind was the “Somos Facias” list that had Natalia Guiñazú and Ana Carrillo as candidates, who garnered 45.29 percent of the vote.
In the first round, Carlos Espinosa deans were consecrated in the Faculty of Tourism, Lidia Camadro Matamala will hold the position in Education Sciences; in Engineering, Ana María Basset; meanwhile, Esteban Jockers already occupies the deanship of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences.
In the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Juan Carlos Fernández was elected; in Economy and Administration, Mariela Martínez; in Humanities, Francisco Camilo Vela; in Computing continues Guillermo Grosso; Silvina Rodríguez was re-elected in Languages and in Food Sciences and Technology, the agronomist Valentín Tasille.
