During her recent appearance on the podcast “The Kåss furuseths,” Nordnes revealed her plans to spend Christmas in Nepal with a friend. Instead of indulging in a traditional Christmas dinner, she’ll be trekking through the majestic Himalayas.
“We are traveling on December 17th. Then there will be lentils and rice instead of Christmas food,” Nordnes shared.
The idea for this unconventional holiday adventure originated with her friend,but Nordnes embraced it wholeheartedly.

Initially hesitant, Nordnes admitted, “- she said she was going to Nepal and asked if I wanted to join.at first I thought ‘oh, that sounds cold and challenging,’ and was a bit doubtful whether I can do it or not.” The couple will embark on a 15-16 day journey, covering distances between 10 and 18 kilometers each day.
