2023 is a great year for Sony and its PlayStation 5: it will notably see the arrival of Silent Hill 2, a remake furiously desired by an entire community. Precisely, a potential release date has just leaked on the web.

Definitely, 2023 is a queen year for the PlayStation 5: not only is the shortage finally over, leading to impressive sales scores for the console, but the latter will also experience some renowned exclusives. We can cite in the first place Final Fantasy XVI on June 22 (by the way, watch out for spoilers), Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on October 20 or Silent Hill 2.
A remake of Konami’s cult title, it was announced last year with a controversial trailer showing off brand new plastic. The developers at Bloober Team have promised an experience that is both modernized (with a handheld camera, for example) and authentic for a release in 2023, with no specific date to get your teeth into.
However, a size index has just been given: the Australian retailer Gorilla Gaming let appear a small “September 29” on the product sheet of the software. Information nevertheless to be taken with tweezers, for security reasons.
We remind you that the exclusivity of the game on PS5 only concerns home consoles: a broadcast on PC is also on the program.

According to the brand, Silent Hill 2 would be released on PlayStation 5 on September 29, 2023. However, the information should not be taken at face value: it might also be a simple error and that is why waiting for an official confirmation seems wise.
