Composition
First, wash the mincemeat
After that, chop onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies. Put them in a large bowl.
Add chilli powder, roasted coriander powder, salt, hot spice powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies to the mince. Mix all the ingredients well and leave it to marinate for 6-8 hours.
