Conakry-Guinea: In a decree read on national television this Saturday, March 4, the President of the Transition, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, appointed Maramany Cissé, former Minister of Security and Civil Protection of Alpha Condé , as the new prefect of Siguiri, his hometown.
