It was concluded between the Debt and Development Platform (PF2D) and the National Coordination of the National Afforestation and Reforestation Program (Pronar), on August 26, 2022. This is a partnership agreement for the implementation of the project independent monitoring component consolidation of environmental safeguards of the construction project of the road to the Corniche, in the district 2 Bacongo. This partnership was established for a period of nine months, was signed last Friday, August 26, in Brazzaville. Signed between the coordinator of PF2D, Samuel Nsikabaka, and the national coordinator of Pronar, François Mankessi, the partnership will eventually allow the design of a map of the Corniche and the planting of a pilot site of 0.5 hectare on the two slopes of the “Zanga dia ba ngombe” canal. The overall cost of the activities planned for this purpose is estimated at more than 2.4 million CFA francs. The project benefits from the support of the Ministry of Finance and the French Development Agency.
