In Khan Al-Afrang, MP Bahia Hariri inspected the Sidonian crafts and food festival “Sidawi Ah” which was inaugurated by the Rotaract Club of Saida and the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development as part of the “Sidon Ramadan City” celebration and on the occasion of Easter. It is the pioneers of the old city in Ramadan from Sidon, the south and several regions.
Hariri toured the activities of the festival, which included a food and handicraft market, heritage activities, and musical and musical performances.
The tour coincided with a visit by the Iraqi Ambassador to Lebanon Haider Al-Barrak, the commercial attaché at the Iraqi Embassy Mashreq Ismail Muhammad, the representative of the Ambassador of Palestine Ashraf Dabour, the First Counselor at the Embassy, Hassan Sheshnia, at the invitation of the head of the Amaco Group Ali Al-Abdullah.

Al-Hariri was also accompanied on the tour by the Mayor of Baqasta Ibrahim Mezher, and for the “Ramadan Activities Coordination Committee”, members of the Municipal Council, Engineer Mustafa Hegazy and Wafaa Shuaib, the Secretary of the Committee Nora Samoura, and the coordinator of activities for the Hariri Foundation, lawyer Ahmed Kassab.
After that, Hariri visited the “International Comic Painting Exhibition” organized by the French Center in cooperation with the Hariri Foundation in the inner hall of the Khan, in which a number of artists and painters from France, Switzerland, Belgium and Lebanon participated, where she toured its pavilions accompanied by the Director of the French Center Sophie Jarjat and the attaché specialized in writing and discussing ideas for the Institute The Frenchman in Lebanon Mathieu Diez.
Hariri then continued her tour to Bab al-Saraya Square, which was bustling with pioneers and nightlife, where she met a number of them, and from there to “Al-Azaz Coffee”, where she stopped for a while and greeted its patrons.
She concluded her tour in the heritage square of Dahr El-Mir, where she attended part of an evening of religious invocations by the Taha Al-Hadi Band, organized by the Muslim Scouts – the Commission of the South and the institutions of the Islamic Authority for Welfare under the auspices of the Sidon Municipality.
