Siddhartha tells how his love story with Yuya began: “I didn’t understand what YouTubers were”

Yuya and Siddhartha Artha are one of the most beloved couples in the music industry, because they are both charismatic and have also managed to merge the world of social media and music. Currently, the couple who have a son named Mar causes great tenderness when they post something regarding their personal life.

It was in this sense that the singer of hits such as Únicos or 00:00 confessed how his romance with the YouTuber began.

It was during an interview for Javier Paniagua’s YouTube podcast where the musician explained the origin of his love for Yuya.

“I met my girlfriend through a post she made of one of my songs. I didn’t know regarding her work, regarding her… one day she posted a tweet where she put one of my songs and I saw that it had a lot of comments. At that time I snooped around a bit, I didn’t know how to read what she did either. At that time I didn’t really know what it was to be a YouTuber. I only saw that she was someone who had a lot of followers,” he commented.

The singer reportedly wrote to Yuya thanking her for sharing her melody and she responded kindly, but nothing further.

“She wasn’t very knowledgeable regarding what I was doing either, so that was it. Many years later, we started to have a light-hearted relationship, following each other and when I posted something, she would give me a like, that minimal contact that little by little generated a certain familiarity until one day we met,” she said.

Although the connection between the two was immediate when they arranged their first date, the reality is that it took a long time for that moment to arrive.

“That’s where the click started, but five years passed from the first meeting to seeing each other in person. From that first moment there was a good connection, comfort in a conversation that seemed very familiar and little by little that evolved,” he said.
