Shots on clan member in Pankow from moving car!

Shots right next to the police headquarters! The goal: a clan member!

On Thursday evening around 8 p.m., Gesundbrunnen fired several shots from a moving car right next to Police Headquarters 1. A man was seriously injured – it is a clan member.

Another man was slightly injured and was treated on an outpatient basis, a police spokesman said.

The shots – there are said to have been at least four – broke through several panes of an apartment on the ground floor and got stuck in the wall of the apartment.

According to initial findings, no other people were injured.

According to the police, the reason for the attack was private disputes. The police union (GdP) confirmed a dispute in the clan milieu on Friday.

“Unfortunately, it’s no secret that protagonists from organized crime don’t shy away from armed violence, and that disputes are also settled on the open street,” says a statement. Criminal clan members would resolve competitive situations with firearms and unscrupulously accept the death of their opponent.

Several apartments searched

A homicide commission and the LKA’s forensics secured traces well into the night. The Pankstraße was closed out of town until following midnight, which also affected the BVG.

Which clan families are involved was not announced on site for reasons of investigation tactics.

A special task force and officers from a hundred people searched apartments on Wriezener Strasse, Zingster Strasse and Biesenthaler Strasse that night.

As of this morning, no suspects have been arrested.
