Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed following actor Alec Baldwin fired what should have been a fake gun used for filming.

The Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office released documents including crime scene photos, film set videos and crew photos.

Among the documents is also an interview with Alec Baldwin a few moments following the accident.

At the start of the interview, Baldwin asks if he is accused of something, and he is told no.

When asked if the incident might have been the result of a willful action, the actor replies that he cannot image who might have done this.

Baldwin also claims that the gunsmith gave him the gun directly, and that he did not know her last name.

When a police officer asks the actor if he himself checked the weapon, he replies that it is the task of the gunsmith.

The prosecutor’s office does not make a charging decision until the investigation is complete.
