The Tercio de Armada Marine Infantry Brigade made during the maneuvers TFX Brimar 22one of the most important of the year, a shooting exercise with the anti-tank grenade launcher C-90a weapon developed by the Spanish company Instalaza.
The exercise Brimar has taken place in the training camp of Chinchilla (Albacete) throughout the second half of November. In this edition, more than 1,100 infantrymen of the Tercio de Armada have participated.
The C90 It is intended for use by infantry on foot and can use various ammunition (anti-tank, dual purpose -anti-armor plus fragmentation-, anti-bunker or smoke) integrated into its disposable launcher tube. Instalaza is working on the final phase of development of a new version of this grenade launcher family, the CS90 IS designed to shooting closed space with a range of up to 600 meters.
