A violent video has surfaced in the East Flanders town of Wetteren in which a teenage girl is attacked by another girl on the train platform.
Images circulating on social media since Wednesday afternoon show the victim receiving several blows from another girl. The events occurred on Wednesday afternoon at Wetteren station. Perpetrator and victim are classmates, writes The last news.
“I’m lucky not to have fallen on the tracks,” reacted the young victim to the Flemish daily. The latter received a punch in the face then was thrown to the ground while being pulled by the hair by her attacker.
A complaint was filed and an investigation was opened, according to local police.
