A man in the United States had a shocking experience when he discovered that the nanny who was taking care of his children had fallen asleep. He decided to take a particular step to teach her an unforgettable lesson and shared the story on social media, which quickly went viral.
Stephanie and her husband Christopher Soares entrusted custody of their children to Sarah Walsh before going to work. They gave her clear instructions on the safety of the little ones, but unfortunately, on this occasion, the babysitter did not do her duty properly.
According to what Christopher told Metro, approximately 30 minutes following leaving home, he realized that he had forgotten some important documents that he had to present that same day. He decided to return home, but what he found left him in shock: Sarah was sleeping soundly on the sofa in the living room, while the children played alone upstairs, unsupervised.
Rather than wake her up immediately, the father decided to take the children away as a “lesson,” to see how long it would take for the babysitter to realize they were missing.
When Sarah finally woke up and realized the children were missing, she panicked and contacted Christopher via WhatsApp.
“Call me now. I spoke to Stephanie at school and she told me that she wasn’t there, but the kids were fine. I have no idea what’s going on. Please call me, I need to talk to you. I called the police, they told me to call my employer, they probably know what’s going on. Now Stephanie is not answering her phone and the school said she left,” she wrote to her boss in despair, as shown in screenshots Christopher posted on her Facebook account.

For his part, Christopher acted as if he didn’t know anything regarding what was happening and ignored it. He responded with anger and questions like: “I can’t answer, what’s going on? Are my children okay? Don’t you know where my children are? Did you call the police? Despite his questioning if he had called the police, Christopher decided to forcefully reveal that he himself had removed the children from the property.
“I took my children at 10 in the morning. Get out of my fucking house! I might file negligence charges once morest you,” she claimed, threatening to report the incident to the authorities. After exposing her on social media, Christopher finally decided to file a complaint to make sure Sarah doesn’t babysit once more in the future.
Although no further details were given regarding the complaint, the publication was disseminated in other media and virtual platforms.
