The Egyptian Public Prosecution revealed the details of the death of Al-Ahly Junior Club goalkeeper, Ziad Ihab, following his body was found, on Sunday morning, in the Ain Shams area.
According to the investigations, according to what the “Al-Masry Al-Youm” website reported, Ziyad Ehab was going through psychological distress, following his father refused to marry a girl, so he committed suicide by throwing himself from the top of the property where he lived in Ain Shams.
At the same time, the Public Prosecution listened to the statements of Ihab’s parents, following receiving a report that he had been admitted to the hospital as a result of a fall from a heightened area.
According to what was reported by Egyptian newspapers, the Public Prosecution examined the body of the young man, and found out the apparent injuries, and inspected the scene of the incident, and reviewed what was recorded by the monitoring machines overlooking him.
The Public Prosecution decided to transfer the body of the deceased to the mortuary, and assign a forensic doctor to perform the anatomical characterization on it, to explain the injuries, how they occurred, and the cause of death, according to “Al-Masry Al-Youm.”
A few hours before his death, Ehab wrote a mysterious post on his Facebook page, in which he said: “No one understands what is in me, and no one understands him,” without explaining, which caused confusion among his followers, who were shocked following the news of his death was announced.
