The First Public Prosecutor of Assiut Prosecution decided to imprison the accused who lured a housewife, stabbed her several times, killing her, and threw her body into a stream, due to disagreements over the payment of a sum of money “debt” owed by the accused, for 4 days pending investigations.
The Attorney General also decided to assign criminal investigation to complete the investigations, and forensic medicine to prepare the autopsy report.
The security services in the Assiut Security Directorate revealed the circumstances of the incident where the body of a woman was found, and the perpetrator of the incident was arrested.
The First Assiut Police Department in the Assiut Security Directorate is informed that the body of a housewife – a resident of the department’s department – has been found in one of the waterways in the department’s department.
By conducting investigations and gathering information, it became clear that the person behind the incident was “S.A,” 63 years old, a retired employee, residing in the city of Assiut.
After the procedures were legalized, he was arrested, and when confronted, he confessed to having committed the incident and decided to borrow sums of money from the victim. When she went to his residence and demanded that he pay the sums of money, this angered him, especially because she exposed him, so he resolved to get rid of her.
The accused added in his confessions that he lured the victim and took her in his car to the ring road in the department’s district next to the aforementioned watercourse, and assaulted her with a white weapon, a knife, “disposed of her in the watercourse,” and caused her injury, then he threw her body into the aforementioned watercourse, and the car used in the incident was seized. .
