Shmyhal discussed anti-corruption and corporate reforms with Nuland

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal held a meeting with the US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, during which they discussed the implementation of reforms, in particular, anti-corruption and corporate reforms.

The head of the government informed regarding this Telegramreports Ukrinform.

“We held a meeting in Kyiv with the US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland,” he informed.

According to him, the politicians coordinated the work before the Multilateral Coordination Platform of Donors, which will take place in February.

“We are closely cooperating with the US and international financial institutions to attract the necessary financial support,” Shmyhal emphasized.

The Prime Minister said that during the meeting with Nuland, they discussed the implementation of reforms, in particular, anti-corruption and corporate reforms.

According to him, Ms. Nuland noted Ukraine’s progress in these issues.

“I thanked the American government and people for their comprehensive assistance. I was once once more convinced that the support of the United States is unwavering,” the head of the Ukrainian government summarized.
