Sherine Abdel Wahab faces her stumbles in Carthage

She cried and kissed her doctor’s hand…and spoke out regarding her fears

The Egyptian artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, faced her stumbles at the Carthage International Festival of Tunisian Music and Singing, following her recent severe crisis with her ex-hussam Habib, who reached the corridors of the judiciary. Sherine topped the list of the most popular in Egypt, Tunisia and several Arab countries via Twitter, where many sympathized with her, coinciding with her revival of the closing ceremony of the festival on Saturday evening.

At her party, Sherine not only thanked her fans and the Egyptian ambassador, but also kissed the hand of her doctor, Nabil Abdel-Maqsoud, professor of addiction and poison treatment at Qasr Al-Aini medicine, and described him as “my doctor, who brought me back to life and treated me diligently.”

At the ceremony, which lasted for nearly two hours, Sherine performed more than 15 songs. She also sang the song “And Dart Al Ayam” by Umm Kulthum, and “My Cruel Heart” by Saad Abdel Wahab. During the ceremony, she revealed that she is close to releasing her new album, which she hopes will “be the best return for her” with her Arab audience.

“There are surprises that Sherine will bring back.” Arranged by artist Tarek Madkour.
