Dubai: The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Dubai Fountain in Abu Dhabi are among the 20 most beautiful sights in the world. Kuoni, a luxury travel company, has analyzed thousands of TripAdvisor reviews to compile a list of the most ‘beautiful’ places. Sheikh Zayed Mosque is ranked eighth and Dubai Fountain is ranked 11th.
The list has been prepared with information up to June. New York City’s Central Park was chosen as the most beautiful place in America. The study shows that the US has the most scenic views globally. Three of the top 10 most attractive sights make the list from the United States. Meanwhile, no other place from West Asia has made it to the list.
Sheikh Zayed Mosque
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is one of the largest mosques in the world. It is known as an architectural masterpiece that beautifully combines Islamic architecture and design. Every year lakhs of visitors come here. Special guests who come to Abu Dhabi also visit the mosque. The Dubai Fountain at the foot of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, was officially inaugurated in 2009 along with the Dubai Mall. It is currently one of the popular tourist attractions in Dubai.
