On Friday, the Qatari Emiri Diwan announced that Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, had left Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, following heading the delegation of the State of Qatar to the 32nd Arab Summit.
A statement carried by the Qatar News Agency said: “Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the country, left the city of Jeddah in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following heading the country’s delegation participating in the work of the thirty-second regular session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the summit level.”
The statement added: “The prince sent a telegram to each of his brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in which he expressed his deep thanks and appreciation for the hospitality and generosity. whom he and the accompanying delegation met during his participation in the work of the thirty-second regular session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the summit level, hoping that its results would contribute to strengthening joint Arab action for the benefit of the Arab peoples, asking God to grant the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince good health and wellness, and that It will bring more progress and prosperity to the Kingdom.”
The Emir of the State of Qatar arrived in Jeddah earlier today, Friday, to participate in the 32nd Arab Summit.
