The girlfriends found a man surnamed Li to pick up Lin Nv, and even helped carry her into the car, fulfilling Lin Nv’s wish to “want a scumbag”.
After Li Nan brought Lin Nv to the hotel, he had sex twice while the other party was unconscious, and even took the opportunity to take an indecent film. After a trial, the Yucheng District People’s Court in Ya’an City, Sichuan Province held that Li Nan and Zheng Nan violated the will of women and took turns having sex with women while they were drunk. Contacting Li Nan to have sexual relations with women constitutes rape.
The judge pointed out that when Lin Nv was drunk, saying “I want a scumbag” did not constitute a fault in the sense of criminal law. Therefore, Li Nan’s defender’s defense that the victim was at fault was not valid and was not accepted. In the end, six people were sentenced to two years for rape. Prison sentences ranging from 9 years.
