In a tragic accident, a Brazilian beauty queen was killed following she jumped from the balcony of her apartment on the sixth floor, to escape a fire that broke out in the house in which she resides.
Miss Sertão Bribanu jumped out of her apartment in which she lived with her younger brother, and her fall from the sixth floor left her with fractures and serious injuries, as a result of which she died, while her brother managed to escape from the apartment, and suffered some suffocation.
Mayara Netaw, 27, died in hospital, of the serious injury she suffered, according to the British newspaper, “Metro”.
Nitao, 26, worked as a model, won a number of local beauty pageant titles over the past years, and was preparing, before her death, to participate in the Miss Brazil 2023 contest.
And 14 fire engines with 40 firefighters on board were deployed to confront the fire in the Itim Bibi area, and a spokesman for the fire brigade, Captain Felipe Felice dos Santos, said: “It started from the inside ..
