Shazam is enriched with a new function. The music application will now allow you to find upcoming concert dates for your favorite artists.
Now owned by Apple, Shazam does not intend to rest on its laurels. The music application with 225 million users, known for allowing you to find the title and the name of the artist of the song you are listening to, will be enriched with information.
When you shazamez a song via the application, the site web or the shortcuts on your iPhone, you will also get information on the next concerts of the artist or the group. If you have enabled geolocation, you can even have nearby concert dates first.
Direct access to the purchase of concert tickets
And Shazam goes even further. The app will allow you to buy tickets by referring you to merchant sites. Information on the artist is also available with the list of all the dates and the different places of his tour.

It’s the Bandsintown event recommendation platform that provides data on over 560,000 artists, bands, labels and gig producers.
This new feature is available on iOS and Android, as well as on Shazam.com.
