Sharjah: Sharjah Police has announced a new initiative called ‘One Day Test’ for driving license tests. The initiative will allow candidates to appear for the exams in a single day by combining the preliminary and civil exams on the same day.

The one-day test initiative is for National Service recruits and high school graduates. Director of Mechanics and Drivers Licensing Department Colonel L.K. Khalid Muhammad said. The first phase will be done electronically.
No need to attend in person. An applicant can open a file for a new driving license using the Ministry of Home Affairs application. After passing the theory test online, the applicant moves to the second stage, which includes practical training. After that, the preliminary and civil exams will be held on the same day on the final exam date.
