The festival will receive guests from well-known figures in the Arab artistic community, including Egyptian actress Rogina, Egyptian actor Ashraf Zaki, Omani actress Buthaina Al-Raisi, Egyptian actor Ahmed Zaher, Egyptian actress Laila Ahmed Zaher, and Egyptian entrepreneur Hoda Farouk.
The opening ceremony of the festival includes speeches by a number of speakers, including Sheikha Jawaher bint Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director of the “Fan” Foundation, which is concerned with promoting and supporting media art for children and young people in the UAE and the organizer of the festival, and director of the Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth, Emirati director Fadel Al Muhairi, and the artist. For the first time in its history, the festival is organizing the “Green Carpet” event, which will show six feature-length films and allow the audience to meet the directors and film cadres that worked on their production and talk to them regarding their experiences in the world of cinema, especially their experience in those films shown.
Within the framework, Al Jawaher Convention and Events Center will screen three films: “Paper Flower”, “Hayy Tale”, and “Farah”, while “Vox Cinemas” in “Al Zahia City Center” will screen three films, “The Secret Garden”, and “The Secret Garden”.
