The list of films that are shown for the first time in the UAE also includes 16 films, including the feature film “Neighbors” by Swiss director of Kurdish origins Mano Khalil, who employs a sense of humor and irony in the film to tell a story of childhood in the era of dictatorship and the extent to which it enhances friendship, love and solidarity.

The films that are shown for the first time in the Gulf region include 6 films, including the short film “Sin’s Tears”, “Kadha” by Anis Al-Aswad and “Shiro” by Claudio Casal.
