Banco de Venezuela, in its quest to improve the user experience, has implemented the new shared payments functionwhich allows a payment to be split between several users.
This option, available within the same platform, facilitates the management of shared expenses and will make the payment process simpler and more efficient.
Banco de Venezuela shared with its clients the step-by-step process in detail, to access this new Shared Payments option from BDVApp.
Three simple steps to activate shared payments:
- Enter the amount
- Select the number of people
- Share the QR
Steps to make a mobile payment of the BDV
- Log in to the app with username and password
- Go to “Payments” and in the main menu choose the option “Pago Clave”. Then go to “Payment to individuals”
- Add the destination bank along with the ID number and telephone number.
- Enter the bank and choose an authentication method, either SMS code or coordinate cards
- Now write the payment concept you want.
- Enter the data or coordinates requested by the app.
- The platform will indicate that the payment was executed with success.
