The retired artist, Shams Al-Baroudi, revealed the details of her relationship with the late artist Hala Fouad, who today passes 29 years since her departure, her last wills and the details of the last period in her life.
Shams said that the artist, Hala Fouad, recommended that she wash her, but she was not able to wash anyone following that.
And Shams Al-Baroudi added in exclusive statements to the seventh day: My relationship with Hala Fouad began at the beginning of her illness, as she called me to ask me regarding some matters of religion and how I was able to retire and overcome the lust of lights and persistence in what I was convinced of, and then the meetings between us extended until the last day of her life and death, and I considered her My younger sister.”
And she continued, “She brought me together with the aura of many conversations, calls and discussions in religion and the Qur’an, and our calls were beautiful, all of them love and faith, and thinking regarding the signs of God, until she surrendered her soul and ascended to her Creator.”
Al-Baroudi confirmed that Hala Fouad recommended before her death that her two sons live together and not separate, which is the will that was not fulfilled due to Rami’s travel with his father following her death and Haitham’s stay alone until his departure.
Sadly, Shams Al-Baroudi said: “Hala Fouad’s family went through great trials and a sad tragedy. After her death, her mother took care of her two children, then the mother left, and then Hala’s brother left and her two sons separated until Haitham left alone.”
Al-Baroudi revealed Hala Fouad’s last will, saying: “Her mother recommended that I take over the task of washing her and shrouding her, and before her I had washed my mother, and on the day of Hala’s death, her mother Shams said she was the one who washed her, and indeed I did this task and entrusted her to a generous Lord until we meet.”
And we, Lord, are among the people of Paradise, and following that I washed my mother-in-law, the mother of Hassan Youssef, and following that I might not wash anyone because the matter was psychologically painful for me.
