Shakira appears to throw shade once once more to ex-partner Gerard Pique in a pointed TikTok and Instagram video where she lip syncs the words to SZA’s song Kill Bill.
The song’s name was inspired by the film Kill Bill, where actress Uma Thurman plays The Bride – an assassin who wants to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend named Bill and kill him.
Shakira, who shares two sons with Gerard, was mopping her kitchen as she mouthed the words to the 2023 SZA song.
She sang the lyrics: ‘I might kill my ex, not the best idea/ His new girlfriend’s next, how’d I get here? / I might kill my ex, I still love him though/ Rather be in jail than alone.’
Last month, Shakira, 46, took another jab at him in the wake of him going Instagram official with his girlfriend Clara Chia.
Shakira was mopping her kitchen as she mouthed the words of the revenge tune, rocking her black top and matching trousers.
She wore black boots with her hair half up, half down to finish off her look.
Shakira ended the short clip with a giggle.
Her shade at Gerard comes just weeks following he went Instagram official with his girlfriend Clara Chia.
Gerard, who split from Shakira in June 2022 following a 12 year romance, posted a cozy snap with Clara, 23.
The decision to take their romance to his social media comes following Shakira took a swipe at Clara in her new diss track which has since topped Spotify’s Global Charts.
It comes following it was also reported that Shakira has started construction on a wall to separate her home from that of her former mother-in-law’s following her split from Gerard.
Shakira allegedly realized her ex-boyfriend had been unfaithful when she discovered a jar of strawberry jam had been eaten while she was away.
Shakira then went onto reference the strawberry jam in a music video for her single Te Felicito in April, which featured a clip of a head of her collaborator Rauw Alejandro inside an open fridge.
According to ShowNews Today, Shakira knew that Gerard and their two sons Sasha, 10, and Milan, seven, didn’t like strawberry jam, and so she suspected that someone else had been staying at their home when she found the jar.
Shakira returned home from a period of travelling when she noticed the jam in her fridge had been eaten, and she knew the rest of her family disliked it.
The singer appeared to allude to this in the music video for her single Te Felicito, where she can be seen opening a fridge to be greeted by Rauw’s head.
It comes following she set up a terrifying lifesize witch doll on the balcony of her Spanish home which reportedly looks over her former mother in law’s pad.
Residents in the area have reported hearing Shakira ‘blasting the song at full volume’ from her home, which includes lyrics aimed at his new girlfriend.
Shakira, makes it crystal clear she is referring to the 23-year-old her former partner is rumored to have started dating last year before they split, saying: ‘I’m worth two 22’s. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio.’
While Shakira’s new song features some barbed lyrics aimed at Gerard and his new love Clara, she also includes a few choice words for her ex-mother-in-law.
In the song, she sings the line: ‘You left my mother-in-law as my neighbor, with the press at the door and the debt in the Treasury…’
It has been reported that the relationship between Shakira and Montserrat Bernabéu [Gerard’s mother] has turned sour following she readily welcomed her son’s new romance.
